With twenty years of experience in public accounting and industry, Tracy delivers clarity and insight to the financial process. Her experience includes accounting, financial reporting and analysis, process improvement and financial system implementation. Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She utilizes her experience to address business needs, provide clarity and illuminate the path forward.
Tracy is the mother of two children.
Rachel Kolar
Illumination Senior Manager
With fifteen years of progressively responsible accounting experience, Rachel has experience with the accounting process within several different industries. Rachel utilizes her accounting background paired with her positive attitude to manage the accounting process, develop process improvements and implement financial systems. Working with both small and large companies, Rachel is excited to assist and illuminate the path forward.
Rachel is the mother of two children.

A graduate from the Carlson School of Management, Mikayla brings enthusiasm and new ideas to the work process. Her experience includes accounting and data analytics. Mikayla is eager to support a variety of financial processes, provide clarity and illuminate the path forward.
Mikayla was born and raised in Minnesota.
